Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a part-time team member at our Shawano store to process donations, price items, and prepare goods for display. You’ll operate power equipment and help maintain a clean, organized backroom while meeting production goals.

Responsibilities include sorting and pricing donated goods, staging items for sale, and following safety guidelines. Availability for holidays, evenings, and weekends is expected as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Basic math skills required.
• Experience operating power equipment preferred.
• Experience with computers or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Processes new and donated items to meet production goals and uses team lifts as needed.
• Sorts and categorizes items, identifies items to send to e-Commerce according to guidelines, and safely disposes hazardous items.
• Determines price point and tickets items for easy visibility.
• Stages items to ensure fresh to the floor products for our customers.
• Operates power equipment (stacker and power pallet jack, tilt master, compactor, tipper and forklift).
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized backroom area; completes checklists and assists with general cleaning tasks.
• Adheres to proper operation of pallet jack and compactor (if 18 years or older and trained/checked off).
• Other duties as assigned.
