Job summary

United Clothing Donation Services is seeking a Donation Station Attendant to provide courteous, respectful service to donors and maintain a clean, safe donation site. You will log donations, respond to hourly checks, and assist with moving items to the trailer while ensuring no items are left outside the trailer.

The role requires standing 6-8 hours daily, bending, and lifting up to 35 pounds, with a focus on donor satisfaction and adherence to site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Be at station on time and during all scheduled hours.
• Sign in/out and record breaks.
• Respond to hourly check-ins via mobile device.
• Maintain clean and organized donation site.
• Safeguard and properly log all donations.
• Provide courteous, respectful service to donors.
• Give donor receipts and assist with moving donations to the trailer.
