Job summary

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and cross-functional teamwork within the Development Department, delivering timely communications and supporting events and donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; knowledge of research methods and foundations of fundraising is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ clerical/administrative or nonprofit experience.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Proficient with Donor CRM software or Salesforce platform(S).

Responsibilities

• Maintain gift logs and donor records with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate micro donor stewardship activities and engagement opportunities.
• Oversee returned mail processes and keep donor contact information up to date.
• Support donor retention through personalized communications and stewardship initiatives.
• Coordinate NextGen meetings, events, and fundraising activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Development Manager including calendar management and donor visits.
• Participate in special projects and other duties to support organizational development goals.
