Job summary

Providence is seeking a Donor Engagement Program Manager to support a family of foundations by delivering strategic communications that strengthen donor relationships and inspire giving. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on donor-centered content across print, digital, and social channels for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5 years of marketing and communications experience.
• Experience in traditional and digital communications.
• Experience conducting interviews and crafting emotive human-interest stories.
• Experience developing print collateral with design team, as well as newsletters, advertising, media materials, video scripts and social content.
• Experience working with photographers and videographers.
• Project management software experience.
• Demonstrated experience and track record in working successfully with upper management and key stakeholders in a collaborative manner.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic communications that drive donor retention and inspire giving.
• Develop donor-centered content highlighting philanthropic opportunities, donor impact and local initiatives across print, digital, and social channels for both internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with design teams and photographers/videographers to produce compelling donor stories.
