Job summary

Providence is seeking a Donor Engagement Program Manager in Irvine, CA. This full-time, day-shift role supports a family of foundations by executing strategic communications to drive donor retention and inspire giving across print, digital, and social channels.

The position is hybrid, beginning April 1, 2027, with in-office Monday through Thursday and remote on Fridays. The successful candidate will create donor-centered content, coordinate with design teams, and work closely with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, Communications, or Liberal Arts or equivalent education/experience.
• 5 years relevant marketing and communications experience.
• Experience in traditional and digital communications.
• Experience conducting interviews and crafting emotive human-interest stories around a common theme.
• Experience developing print collateral in partnership with design team, as well as newsletters, advertising, media materials, video scripts and social content.
• Experience working with photographers and videographers.
• Project management software experience.
• Demonstrated experience and track record in working successfully with upper management and key stakeholders in a collaborative manner.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic communications that drive donor retention and inspire giving.
• Develop donor-centered content highlighting philanthropic opportunities, donor impact and local initiatives across print, digital, and social channels.
• Collaborate with Providence family foundations and leadership to strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate with design and media teams to produce print collateral, newsletters, ads, and video scripts.
