Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles is seeking a Manager of Individual Giving to grow annual giving revenue and donor engagement. You will implement fundraising strategies, cultivate donor relationships, and leverage donor data to inform decisions while creating meaningful opportunities for supporters to connect with Habitat LA's mission.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable internet access.
• Must have reliable transportation, CA driver’s license, and adequate auto insurance.

• Experience in planning and executing annual giving campaigns and donor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual giving campaigns and fundraising initiatives to meet revenue goals.
• Cultivate and steward individual and faith-based donors with personalized engagement.
• Maintain donor records, analyze fundraising performance, and support segmentation and pipeline development.
• Plan and support donor cultivation activities, stewardship events, and signature fundraising events.
