Job summary

Providence Little Company Of Mary Foundation seeks a Program Manager for Patient Relations to develop and manage donor engagement, acting as a liaison between patients and the medical center and coordinating with the philanthropy team across California. You will support donors, coordinating access to care guidance and hospital services while on-call and available for day, evening, weekend or holiday needs.

The role requires a health-related degree or equivalent experience, and 5 years in program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Health-related field preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• 5 years of Program management or similar project management or leadership experience.
• Some Fundraising and/or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the donor engagement program to develop and sustain positive relations with donors and trustees.
• Coordinate with the Southern California regional donor engagement team on project management, reporting and meetings.
• Serve as liaison for donor needs including access to medical care guidance and hospital services.
