Job summary

Voices for Progress (V4P) seeks an Engagement & Growth Manager to lead donor organizing, policy advocacy, and fundraising with major donors and institutional funders. This exempt role may be based in Washington, D.C. or another donor hub, with options for remote work and periodic in-person presence.

The role sits on the Engagement & Growth team and involves working with a 501(c)(4) sister org to build relationships with underrepresented communities and grow donor support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in related field (e.g. community organizing, donor organizing, political fundraising, non‑profit development, membership engagement).
• Strong writing for advocacy, persuasion, and fundraising.
• Ability to own and oversee multiple priorities and projects with staff involvement.

Responsibilities

• Donor Member Activation on Policy and Political Programming: Motivate donors to take action on policy issues and campaigns and participate in programming.
• Donor Member Engagement: Build personal relationships and foster a sense of community among donor members.
