TFC Global International Christian Trucking Association seeks a Development Manager to advance our mission by building meaningful, long-term relationships with individuals, churches, and community partners who share our commitment to serving the trucking industry.

This full-time leadership role engages donors, coordinates fundraising initiatives, and grows a dedicated volunteer network, guiding outreach and ministry partnerships with professionalism and compassion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in fundraising, event planning, and donor development.
• Familiarity with grant writing and foundation engagement.
• Experience representing an organization publicly in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and expand financial support for the ministry.
• Expand the financial base of support for ministry effectiveness.
• Maintain regular, strategic contact with donors and partners.
• Cultivate relationships that lead to sustained engagement and long-term partnership.
• Serve as ambassador to churches and community partners.
• Attend events, provide resources, and deliver onsite presentations.
• Build relationships that foster financial support and ministry referrals.
• Recruit, develop and manage volunteer support for mailings, events, and outreach.
