Job summary

Quincy Medical Group is seeking a Donor Development & Fundraising Specialist to lead fundraising, events, and community engagement initiatives. You will build donor relationships, coordinate campaigns, and craft compelling stories that highlight philanthropy's impact across our communities.

The role requires strong planning, collaboration with Leadership, and flexibility for evening/weekend events. A related Bachelor's degree and nonprofit fundraising experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience in fundraising, events, nonprofit or community engagement.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities; able to develop content.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support fundraising, community and special events.
• Lead activities for designated events with Foundation leadership.
• Coordinate event logistics, sponsorship fulfillment, volunteers, and day-of activities.
• Develop event communications, social content, donor stories, and graphics.
• Support annual campaigns like Giving Tuesday and year-end giving.
• Identify sponsorship opportunities and manage sponsor relationships.
• Recruit, schedule, and recognize volunteers; build donor relationships.
• Represent the Foundation at community outreach events and manage reports.
