Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is seeking a Coordinator, Donor Engagement to support the Development function and grow the donor pipeline. You will engage with donors, steward relationships, and assist with signature events.

The role requires strong communication, event planning, and outreach across campuses, with occasional evenings and weekends; it is not eligible for remote work. You will coordinate communications, prepare reports, and liaise with faculty and staff to align

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 60 college credit hours and four (4) years’ related experience.
• Valid Texas Driver License with acceptable driving record and transportation.
• Preferred experience with donor engagement platforms and event planning.

Responsabilités

• Plan and oversee signature events, including budgeting and registration.
• Coordinate donor engagement and stewardship activities with staff and volunteers.
• Create and distribute donor communications and annual impact reports.
• Support data entry, donor management, and policy development in stewardship.
