Job summary

OMNI Human Resource Management is searching for a full-time Manager, Donor Database to manage and improve all donor information systems for Rockhurst High School. This role includes overseeing the Raiser’s Edge (RE)/NXT database and ensuring data integrity.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of database management experience and a bachelor’s degree. The position offers opportunities for collaboration across departments to enhance the engagement and retention of donors.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in database management.
• Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge fundraising database preferred.
• Knowledge of non-profit fundraising principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Raiser’s Edge database including data integrity.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for database use.
• Produce and maintain regular queries, reports, and dashboards.
