Job summary

Open Door Mission is seeking a Donor Database Clerk to support the development department with data entry, mail processing, verification postings, and special mailings.

The role includes maintaining donor records, handling mail pickups, processing donations and donor credit cards, and assisting with thank-you letters. The position emphasizes Christ-centered service and daily gospel sharing when opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Publisher.
• A keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor list with the correct spelling of names, addresses, phone numbers, and other vital information.
• Pick up and drop off mail at the post office.
• Process donor credit cards.
• Process Donations.
• Assist in preparing thank you letters to be mailed: fold, stuff, and add postage, as needed.
• Seek to exemplify Jesus Christ daily and be prepared to share the gospel or pray with others as opportunities arise.
