Job summary

The ASPCA is seeking a Donor Processing and Reconciliation Analyst to ensure accurate processing of donor contributions, manage exceptions, and reconcile transactions. The role supports donor stewardship, develops reports, and drives process improvements to strengthen donor data integrity and overall fundraising impact.

Based in Champaign, IL, this in-office position reports to the Director, Accounting and Operations and offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SalesForce, portals and Microsoft tools including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to learn new programs and manage multiple tasks.
• Committed to confidentiality and handling sensitive financial data securely.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational data into actionable recommendations to improve donor experience and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards tracking exception volume, accuracy, and SLA performance.
• Analyze donation processing data to identify risks and opportunities for process improvement.
• Serve as SME for complex donation and reconciliation issues with guidance to the team.
• Perform QA reviews of high-risk transactions and refine exception workflows.
• Generate metrics and insights for leadership on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Operate lockbox processing platforms and imaging systems to monitor workloads.
