Job summary

Norton Children’s Hospital, part of Norton Healthcare, seeks a Manager, Data, CRM & Analytics to oversee the pediatric foundation's fundraising donor database, online giving, and related technology.

In this role you will lead data governance, analytics, and reporting, supervise the Database Coordinator, and partner with program leaders to translate data into fundraising strategy and donor engagement. Experience in nonprofit fundraising and healthcare data systems is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required with extensive experience in database management, CRM administration, analytics, or related area.
• Experience coordinating with fundraising operations and analytics to support donor engagement.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and reporting best practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the fundraising donor database, online giving, and related technology to ensure reliability and data integrity.
• Lead development of procedures, workflows, and data standards; troubleshoot and optimize system use.
• Supervise Database Coordinator and other staff; provide coaching and professional development.
• Produce donor analytics, dashboards, and reports for leadership to guide fundraising strategy.
• Collaborate with program leaders to translate data into actionable insights for engagement and strategy.
