Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in database administration, development operations, or CRM management.
• Proven ability to manage or mentor staff and establish quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of data architecture and management within the CRM.
• Build and maintain custom reports to track fundraising key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Directly supervise and evaluate the performance of the Membership Coordinator.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in specialized fundraising CRM software

Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)

Strong understanding of non-profit accounting principles

Ability to manage or mentor staff

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
