Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–3 months experience in clerical or customer service preferred.
• Ability to read and follow regulations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations to maintain standards.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and provide a positive donor experience.
• Perform donor eligibility assessments, vitals, and basic testing.
• Set up and operate plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Handle plasma collection, processing, and shipment preparation per SOPs.
• Monitor temperatures and document variances; ensure waste disposal is compliant.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment QC; keep accurate records.
• Provide oversight of product safety and quality; monitor donor safety.
