Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Donor Specialist for a full-time Buckhead role in Atlanta. The position focuses on processing donated goods, meeting production goals, and upholding safety and customer service standards.

The role requires strong math and reading skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include PTO, employee discount, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Good oral and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Display a professional, patient, and “people first” attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at donation.
• Address guest questions and resolve problems per procedures.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Communicate with management as needed.
• Follow training playbooks and work instructions.
• Promote teamwork with peers and assist in loading/unloading donations.
• Attend trainings and complete required meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
