The American Red Cross is seeking a phlebotomy team member at fixed site locations in Rochester, NY, including West Henrietta. Paid training is provided, no prior medical experience required, with opportunity to grow healthcare skills within a premier humanitarian organization.

You will support donors, maintain a welcoming environment, and follow safety procedures to ensure lifesaving blood donations are delivered to hospitals. Schedule includes 4x10 hour shifts with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or combination of education and work experience is required.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in public setting is required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include lifting, pushing or pulling heavy weights and long hours.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.
