American Red Cross in St. Paul, MN is hiring a Donor Center Phlebotomist. The role uses healthcare and customer service skills to support blood collection at fixed sites.

Paid phlebotomy training is provided; prior phlebotomy experience preferred. You will work a variable schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; starting pay $23.44 per hour. Associates degree or equivalent experience, valid driver's license, and ability to lift heavy loads are required.

Formación

• Associates degree or combination of education and work experience required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience in public setting.
• A valid driver's license with good driving record required.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with donors and explain how donations help patients.
• Work with teammates to create a welcoming donor environment.
• Maintain accuracy to meet regulatory requirements for blood collection.
• Assist with the blood collection process at fixed site locations.
