The American Red Cross in Arden Hills, Minnesota is seeking a phlebotomy-oriented team member to assist with every step of the blood collection process at fixed site locations. You will help create a welcoming environment for donors and follow safety procedures while collecting lifesaving donations.

Paid phlebotomy training is provided, with opportunities to advance your healthcare skills within the nation’s top humanitarian organization.

Qualifications

• Associates degree OR a combination of education and work experience is required.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in public setting is required.
• A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
• Physical requirements may include the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights and stand for long periods, with flexible hours.
