Job Overview

Utilize your healthcare and/or customer service skills to assist with blood collection at our fixed site locations. Create a welcoming environment for donors and follow all safety procedures to ensure lifesaving blood donations are safely delivered to hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect personally with donors, sharing the impact of their donations.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Maintain attention to detail to meet collection goals and safety standards.

Schedule

• Variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, with schedules provided 2-3 weeks in advance.

Compensation

• Starting at $21.00/hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent education and experience.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, sit, stand, and adapt to schedule changes.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or phlebotomy experience (e.g., CNA, MA, EMT).
• Leadership experience.
