Where Your Career is a Force for Good! (Job Overview):

Utilize your healthcare and customer service skills to assist with blood collection at our fixed site locations. Your role involves creating a welcoming environment for donors and following all safety procedures to ensure the safe collection of lifesaving blood donations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect personally with donors, sharing the impact of their donations.
  • Create a friendly environment to encourage repeat donations.
  • Be detail-oriented to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Standard Schedule (Layton, Utah):
  • Flexibility is essential. Open 7 days a week.
  • Work hours may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, with schedules provided 2-3 weeks in advance.
Pay Information:
  • Starting at $19.00/hour, with potential increases based on experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a public setting.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights, and perform long periods of sitting or standing.
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Healthcare or phlebotomy experience (e.g., CNA, MA, EMT).
  • Leadership experience.
