It involves hands-on work in production areas about 85% of the time rather than administrative duties. The position requires supervising staff, ensuring safety, and communicating issues to the Center

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in the medical field with two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.
• College degree in business administration or biological sciences program preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability to effectively manage staff and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and cGMP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitors donor flow to ensure center efficiency and identifies workflow improvements.
• Oversees staff training and supervises per the center training plan.
• Ensures compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP, and company policies.
• Participates in internal audits and drives corrective actions.
