Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with unloading donations, issue tax receipts.
• Accurately record donor information and daily donation counts.
• Sort donations into saleable, salvage, or trash categories.
• Keep the donation site clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Safeguard donated items and ensure proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Support transportation or site operations and report safety or maintenance concerns.
