Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. is seeking a donation attendant to greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and process donor information at our West Palm Beach site.

You will help sort items, maintain an organized donation area, and ensure safety best practices while supporting transportation and general site operations. Ideal candidates read and write, perform basic math, have basic computer skills, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and basic math ability.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or different locations.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors promptly and courteously, assist with unloading donations and issuing tax receipts.
• Record donor information and maintain daily donation counts.
• Sort donations into saleable, salvage, or trash categories.
• Keep the donation site clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Safeguard donated items and ensure proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Support transportation or site operations and report safety or maintenance concerns.
