Job summary

Vitalant is hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist to support donor drives within a 200-mile radius from Parker, CO. You will greet donors, perform blood draws with paid training, and maintain donor records while reporting to supportive managers. Comprehensive training and a strong benefits package are included.

Schedule is Sunday–Tuesday, 6:30AM–7:15PM, with start date in October 2026. A High School diploma or GED and a valid drivers license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Active drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Able to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, keeping them comfortable and informed.
• Perform blood draws (paid training provided).
• Manage accurate and organized donor information.

Job Description

We're hiring immediately, and we will train you! Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.

What to Expect

Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday 6:30AM-7:15PM

Base pay

$19.39 - $20.60 / Hour

Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

Start Date: 10/12/2026

Training Information

• 10-week Paid Mandatory Training program – 100% attendance required. Including 8 weeks in Denver.
• Training schedule is Monday through Thursday with occasional Friday 7am-5:30pm for classroom training and then field training follows the mobiles.
