Vitalant seeks a Lead Mobile Phlebotomist to oversee donor care, lead phlebotomy processes, and travel to drive sites. You’ll ensure a smooth donor experience and coach Donor Care Technicians.

The role requires phlebotomy experience, a valid CDL path, and the ability to travel, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Two years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Active driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain CDL license within six months.

Responsabilités

• Lead operationally, coach staff in phlebotomy processes.
• Be primary on-site contact for blood drive coordinators.
• Set up and break down equipment for mobile drives.
• Ensure donor comfort and information during phlebotomy.
• Support supervisor with staff directions and evaluations.
