Job summary

OneLegacy seeks a Donation Clinical Coordinator (DCC) in California to manage referral intake, review medical records for donor suitability, and coordinate with hospital teams and families. Requirements include LVN with critical care experience, hospital/ICU exposure, ACLS/PALS within 6 months, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: LVN with critical care experience; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: prior hospital employment and ICU exposure preferred.
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS required within 6 months of hire; California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referral management with hospitals to identify potential donors.
• Review patient medical records and aid in determining donor suitability.
• Communicate plans with medical teams and Family/Authorizing Party.
• Assist in brain death documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Support donor management at OneLegacy Recovery Center and logistics.
• Maintain EMR documentation and participate in staff training.
