Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: LVN with critical care experience or prior relevant OPO experience preferred.
• Previous hospital employment, medical field, 911, and/or ICU experience is preferred.
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist hospitals in identifying and referring potential donors.
• Facilitate completion of brain death notes and donor management goals.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and internal teams during donation processes.
