Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures.
• Provide limited emergency medical care to donors and staff.
• Interview donors and review medical histories for donation suitability.
• Respond to medically related questions and advise staff on donor suitability.
• Review test results and assess donor symptoms affecting donation.
• Notify and counsel donors regarding reactive test results; refer to community facilities.
• Follow SOPs for routine care and escalate critical issues to physicians.
