Job summary

The Supervisor, Clinical Response at Southwest Transplant Alliance oversees day-to-day activities related to screening and evaluating potential organ donors. You’ll lead the on-site evaluation team, staff for current and prospective donation opportunities, and coordinate logistics with the donation process to optimize donor management.

This role requires knowledge of hospital and OPTN policies on anatomical gifts, leadership in clinical settings, and collaboration with Family Care, Hospital

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in allied or health science is required.
• RN/LVN/RRT or Paramedic license preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in critical care.
• Leadership and clinical precepting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team huddles and communicate effectively regarding donor activity.
• Maintain onsite donor management during required shifts.
• Review case charts for accurate documentation and training.
• Monitor referrals and case activity; support quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee staff coverage and payroll/time-off processes; ensure accountability.
