Responsibilities

• Follow daily routing directions and avoid going off route unless directed by supervisor.
• Manage time daily to complete the route within the schedule.
• Ensure routes are completed 100% each day unless approved otherwise.
• Load and unload trucks safely and assist in loading/unloading other trucks as needed.
• Train and supervise truck helpers in their rehabilitation program and model professional behavior.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and state/local laws; report accidents and safety infractions.
• Attend safety meetings and report issues to the Transportation Supervisor.
