Qualifications

• No degree required; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse workforce.
• Math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Responsibilities

• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated/purchased goods into categories (sales floor, online, etc.).
• Inspect items to determine placement and pricing.
• Price items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintain store area cleanliness and stock organization.
• Provide positive customer service at in-person and phone interactions.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Safeguard agency assets from theft or damage.
