Job summary

The Retail Team Member position at Goodwill Burlington Store contributes to the success of our stores by delivering outstanding customer service, processing donations, and handling the cash register. You will help maintain a welcoming environment for customers and team members, while supporting production goals.

Production duties include sorting, tagging, hanging, and pricing merchandise; recording production units; and assisting leadership with inventory needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Related work experience preferred, but not required.
• Successful completion of a sex offender background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and process donations.
• Operate the cash register and ensure a welcoming environment for customers and team members.
• Handle material and replenish inventory on the sales floor.
• Follow production best practices for sorting, tagging, hanging, and pricing merchandise.
• Record production units and assist leadership with inventory needs.
