Red White & Blue Thrift Store is seeking a hardworking Supply Chain Associate to join our team. This physically demanding role involves loading, unloading, organizing, and lifting items such as clothing, furniture, and donations. You will support operations, assist with donation pickups, and fill trailers to maximize storage and efficiency.

This role requires teamwork, stamina, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety across all tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• Experience using MHE (material handling equipment) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize donations such as clothing, furniture, and other household items.
• Fill trailers with donations, ensuring items are stacked and secured to maximize space and efficiency.
• Assist drivers on routes for donation pick-ups, helping to load and secure items.
• Maintain organized inventory by categorizing and placing items in designated areas.
• Support overall thrift store operations by promptly responding to demands and requests.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and productive work processes.
• Take direction well and complete tasks accurately to support overall team goals.
• Work comfortably in various weather conditions as needed for loading and unloading tasks.
