Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is hiring a Merchandise Processor to support donation processing, pricing, tagging and stocking for the sales floor. The role requires handling textiles and other items, with a focus on meeting daily production goals and providing excellent customer service.

Candidate should be able to work in an open warehouse, lift items, and adapt to varying shifts including evenings and weekends. No formal education is required, and full compliance with safety and company policies is

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and basic math skills are expected.
• Must be able to work in an open warehouse environment and follow instructions.
• Ability to learn and use equipment and technology.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and moving product to the sales floor.
• Sort and price housewares, electronics, shoes and other items for display.
• Organize and rotate the sales floor and maintain production standards.
• Support customer service and assist donors and customers as needed.
• Meet daily production and sales goals and report progress to supervisor.
