Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area in Pennsylvania is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support daily operations in the donated goods store. This role focuses on processing donations—sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, stocking and rotating product to meet production and sales goals while upholding quality standards.

You will work in a safe, open warehouse, have a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and contribute to excellent customer service for donors and shoppers.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Must be 18+ and available for all required shifts.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple math.
• Able to follow verbal instructions and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and moving products to sales floor.
• Process other donated items: housewares, electronics, media, shoes; sort, price, tag and stock.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Track production daily and report to supervisor.
