Job summary

Goodwill-Industries-of-Kentucky in Paducah, KY is seeking a Production Clerk to support the donation processing, stocking, and sales flow. Shift A runs 8:30am–5:00pm with 5/8 hour shifts per week.

The role involves processing raw donations, stocking merchandise on the floor, and occasional cash register duties while maintaining store cleanliness and safety protocols. Excellent customer service and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to make changes.
• Ability to perform material handling with few restrictions, works with minimal supervision.
• Ability to pick up, handle, inspect and sort varieties of textile and houseware items.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must follow all safety procedures and correct safety issues, if possible.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers to provide great service.
• Process raw donations into sellable merchandise.
• Hang textiles by established procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of store areas.
• Stock materials in stores and rotate stock.
• Prepare material for transportation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
