Responsibilities

• Follows all defined safety absolutes.
• Greets donors and customers, providing good customer service.
• Processes raw donations into sellable merchandise.
• Hang textile garments according to procedures.
• Keeps store areas clean inside and outside.
• Sorts material and stocks stores as required.
• Maintains textile category, sizing and quality on the sales floor.
• Arranges shoes, media and accessories on the floor.
• Rotates stock per merchandising guidelines.
• Recovers product on sales floor to meet merchandising guidelines.
• Prepares material for transportation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
