Job summary

Goodwill Omaha in Gretna is seeking a full-time team member to assist donors, process donations, and price items for the sales floor. You will stock shelves, ensure a clean store, and provide friendly customer service to donors and shoppers throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours to meet store operations.
• Demonstrates high energy and positive attitude.
• Knowledgeable of donation guidelines and recalled items.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist donors in unloading items and pre-sort donations.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet donors promptly.
• Make decisions on product quality and pricing items accordingly.
• Inspect, hang, sort and tag clothing and donations per policy.
• Assist in processing, pricing and distribution of hard lines.
• Stock product on shelves and ensure fully stocked sales floor during hours.
• Rotate/pull old/unsold products from the floor.
• Maintain clean retail area and organize shelves.
