Responsibilities

• Assist donors in unloading items and pre-sort donations.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting donors in a timely manner.
• Make decisions on product quality and assist in pricing items accordingly.
• Inspect, hang, sort and tag clothing and donations per policy.
• Stock product on shelves and ensure the sales floor is stocked.
• Rotate/Pull old/unsold product from the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist other departments as needed.
• Meet attendance expectations and support organizational goals.
