Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Processing Worker II to sort, clean, price, and stock donated goods. You will assist on the sales floor, provide excellent donor and customer service, and help with loading donations. The role requires attention to merchandise quality and adherence to procedures.

Experience with retail/used goods and basic supervisory duties is preferred. Join our team to support community employment training and accessibility initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months supervisory or 6 months relevant retail/used goods experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean price and tally donations produced for sales floor.
• Push racks and carts to retail floor and assist stocking.
• Open and close donations area; accept and safeguard donations, keep areas clean.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Assist truck helpers and drivers to load/unload.
• Guide ambassadors in production/donation procedures.
• Complete Daily Assignment log and breaks per management.
• Assist in collecting all production/donation paperwork.
• Price product for customers/staff when necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
