Qualifications

• Entry-level role with no prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds and perform standing/walking tasks.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors and follow safety guidelines.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and assisting donors.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with unloading donations and receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following guidelines.
• Move items to sales floor; maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Load/unload donation trailers and perform custodial tasks.
• Track donation counts and report safety or security concerns.
• Support team with additional duties as needed.
