Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking team-oriented individuals for a full-time role in Charlotte. Beginners are welcome as training is provided, and you will assist with donations, pricing, stocking, and keeping areas tidy.

The position involves indoor and outdoor duties, with opportunities for raises and bonuses and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we’ll provide training.
• Able to follow safety procedures and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• Indoor and outdoor work with exposure to the elements.
