Job summary

York (PA) Donation Center in York, PA is seeking a warehouse/donation processing team member. You will assist with receiving, sorting, inventorying, and storing donated items, while inspecting for damage and discrepancies. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery of supplies and maintain accurate inventory.

Occasional backup truck driving and strict confidentiality are required. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift and pallet jack experience, a valid DOT

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using a forklift and pallet jack.
• Experience driving a box truck and ability to obtain DOT Card.
• Strong interpersonal relations and good written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, data entry, and database management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, sorting, categorizing, inventorying, and storage of donated items.
• Inspect donations for damage and expirations dates; handle discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure supplies, equipment, and food are delivered.
• Maintain, count, and distribute inventory; ensure sufficient supplies for operations.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings.
• Serve as back up Truck Driver if needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of all data.
