Goodwill Industries of Northeast Iowa, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for the Metro Store in Cedar Falls, IA. You will assist customers, process donations, and handle register transactions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; 2 years of military service, high school, or related full-time employment may substitute.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to fifty pounds with assistance.
• Reliable transportation. Flexible schedule at multiple locations including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to obtain forklift license if able.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with donation receiving, sorting, grading, and stocking merchandise.
• Load/unload donations and assist with truck shipments as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe housekeeping in all areas.
• Assist with merchandising and light maintenance duties.
