Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Retail Donation Attendant (Small) to warmly accept donated goods and issue receipts. You will sort and track donations, move items with hand trucks and pallet jacks, and keep donation areas tidy.

The role requires flexibility to work across a seven-day schedule from 8 AM to 7 PM. Key duties include operating tablets and receipt printers, maintaining safety, and assisting with loading and unloading company trucks.

Qualifications

• Must meet production quotas and be accurate in handling donations.
• Proficiency in basic math, reading and writing, and operating simple devices.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and store staff.

Responsibilities

• Accept donated goods from donors in a friendly manner and provide receipts.
• Sort and track donations according to guidelines and move items using handling equipment.
• Keep donation areas clean and organized; load/unload trucks as needed.
• Open availability: store operates 7 days a week, 8 AM–7 PM.
