Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and professional interaction with donors.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and MVRO checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck and follow traffic rules.
• Follow designated pickup routes to maximize donations.
• Communicate courteously with donors during pickups.
• Load and unload donated items securely into the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records of donations, including donor info and item details.
• Keep the pickup vehicle clean and inspect for safety regularly.
• Provide exceptional donor service and thank donors for contributions.
• Report unique or valuable donations to management.
