Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck following all traffic rules and regulations.
• Follow designated pickup routes efficiently to maximize donations and minimize travel time.
• Communicate with donors courteously and professionally while coordinating pickups.
• Load and unload donated items safely.
• Accurately record donation details and donor information.
• Maintain a clean and organized pickup vehicle and report safety concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the organization positively.
• Report unique or valuable donations to management.
• Follow health and safety protocols when handling items.
• Efficiently unload donated items and organize for sorting and processing.
• Stay informed about the organization’s mission and goals for donor communication.
• Attend training sessions to stay current on procedures.
